My mom had a wrist fracture on her left hand (distal end radius), that's when we first met Dr Alokik Gupta at Medharbour Hospital. Based on the X-ray, he explained two treatment options, plaster or ORIF surgery. He laid out the pros and cons of each. We really appreciated the way he gave us the choice without rushing us into a decision. Since mobility wasn’t going to come back fully with the plaster, we opted for the surgery (against all second opinions by other doctors who also confirmed that full mobility might not be possible). It’s been about a month since the ORIF, and thanks to Dr Alokik's guidance along with regular physiotherapy and exercises, my mom is slowly regaining mobility in her wrist. Dr Alokik has provided constant support; he checked in on her progress, and answered our endless questions with a lot of patience. We still have one more follow-up visit pending to discuss further care, but so far, our experience has been nothing short of reassuring. His skill, compassion, and dedication made a very difficult time much easier.

Life-Changing Experience – Thank You, Dr. Alokik!! I want to share my amazing experience with Dr. Alokik, who performed keyhole surgery on my left knee at Medharbour Hospital in Gurgaon. I live in Australia and was visiting my family in India. After struggling with knee pain for over 1.5 years in Australia, I had almost given up. Despite seeing multiple doctors there, no one could tell me exactly what was wrong. I was just told to keep doing physio, which didn’t help at all. By the time I met Dr. Alokik, I could barely bend my knee and had trouble even walking down the stairs—I had to take one baby step at a time, especially while going down. But what made the biggest difference was Dr. Alokik's constant support during my recovery. He regularly checked in, asked me to send videos of my physio exercises, and made sure I stayed on track. And here’s the best part: within just 10 days, I was able to sit cross-legged—something I couldn’t even dream of before the surgery! His guidance and insistence on proper physio truly did the magic.
